Akmal Shaikh

Akmal Shaikh has been executed by the Chinese government (Amnesty International, BBC news). This is extremely sad news and will be tremendously difficult for his family and friends to bare. The greatest sympathy to Akmal Shaikh's family, friends and all that knew him.

Unfortunately, Mr Shaikh's execution is another example of the Chinese government's disregard for human rights.

To try to prevent further breaches of human rights in China and throughout the world, please support the work of Amnesty International and like-minded human rights organisations.

Not his first musical success but certainly very good.

He also has a gig at the Saltwater Restaurant and Bar in Nottingham at the end of month.
