A thorough inquiry must take place. In my view, to fail to do so not only lets down the victims of abuse but potentially suggest involvement either directly or indirectly of those currently in power. Over 49,000 have already signed the Change petition and more are signing by the second. This matters to the voters so it must matter to those we have 'voted' for. This is democracy. Instigate the inquiry David Cameron.
